Marcellus Grace

Biography
Marcellus Grace is a retired U.S. Naval Reserve Captain (0-6), Medical Service Corps, with 30 years of Operational Military Medical experience. He developed expertise in medical logistics, medical exercise planning and medical treatment facility management. He is also a retired former Professor and Dean of Pharmacy from both Xavier University of Louisiana and Howard University with combined 30 years of experience. He has a B.S. Degree in Pharmacy from Xavier University and M.S. and Ph.D. Degrees in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Minnesota. He worked as a Contract Pharmacist during the initial establishment of the Louisiana version of the Strategic National Stockpile (formerly the National Pharmaceutical Stockpile).
