Jason Higginbotham has 20 years of Emergency Management Experiences and 15 years as a Director of Emergency Management. He is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) and Louisiana Emergency Manager Professional (LEM). Mr. Higginbotham is a Reserve Deputy with the Orleans Parish Sheriff Office.
What's the first career you dreamed of having as a child?
Police Officer.
