Biography
Mr. Williams has 32 years of federal government experience in strategic intelligence, including strategic and intelligence planning, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) operations and planning, and intelligence support to critical infrastructure protection for senior military and civilian decision makers at the NORAD & Northern Command (N&NC). Mr. Wiliams began his federal government career in 1993 at the Defense Intelligence Agency. He served as a Strategic Debriefer at the U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru (1996–1998) and DIA Detachment San Diego (1998-2003). His extensive overseas overt and controlled HUMINT experience spans Latin America, the Balkans, and the Middle East, including deployments to Kosovo (1999–2000, 2002–2003), Iraq (2007, 2009), and Afghanistan (2015) where he led HUMINT operations in hostile combat environments. He served his last tour in the federal government as a Senior Intelligence Officer at the N&NC J2, focusing on cyber threat intelligence and critical infrastructure protection (2020-2025).
