Minority Serving Institution (MSI) Undergraduate & Graduate Scholarship
SoPA’s Minority Serving Institution (MSI) Undergraduate & Graduate Scholarship provides a tuition discount award of 20 percent to students enrolled in SoPA undergraduate, graduate or post-baccalaureate programs who earned their associate or undergraduate degree from a Minority Serving Institution.
MSIs are critical to the American higher education landscape and are comprised of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and Asian American, Native American and Pacific Islander Serving Institutions (AANAPISIs). They have been instrumental in supporting the talent development of underrepresented students of color - some, for more than a century. As students seek expanded career opportunities, bachelor’s degrees and graduate level education is often essential for leadership and executive level positions. The SoPA MSI Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Award helps make this professional advancement possible for many. SoPA is proud to invest in promoting equity, inclusion, and diversity within graduate education and industry leadership through this award and other School programming.
