Biography
Ternell Smith is the Assistant Director in Tulane University’s Office of Financial Aid, where she has proudly served for over 20 years, helping students navigate the path to academic success. A Tulane graduate herself; she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and her Master of Liberal Arts in 2010 from the School of Professional Advancement (formerly University College).
Ternell is deeply passionate about guiding students through the financial aid process, and she takes pride in offering personalized support that empowers each student to achieve their academic and personal goals. She is especially excited to continue her work with School of Professional Advancement (SoPA) undergraduate students and looks forward to helping them thrive.
