Tulane School of Professional Advancement (Tulane SoPA) announces an exciting new partnership with the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA) wherein members will now have exclusive access to discounted tuition rates on all Tulane SoPA undergraduate and graduate degree programs, as well as certificates.
