We are proud that our Media + Design students are recognized annually for their academic and creative achievements. Our students are proof that our programs support relevant, creative and innovative storytelling and nurture good stewards in our communities.
The student advertising team from the Tulane School of Professional Advancement (SoPA) Media + Design Program ranked second overall during their first year competing in the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC)!
NSAC is the premier college advertising competition that provides more than 2,000 college students the real-world experience of creating a strategic advertising, marketing, and media campaign for a corporate client.
Veronica Pohl is awarded the 2023 District 7 Mosaic Award
The $1,000 Mosaic Scholarship recognizes academically talented students from backgrounds and experiences that offer a varying perspective in advertising-related disciplines by providing financial help in completing their undergraduate education.
In 2023, Media + Design students were awarded an impressive combination of 3 National ADDY® Awards, 6 District ADDY® Awards and 25 regional ADDY® Awards!
SoPA’s Media + Design students have swept the regional awards show for several years and students have advanced to compete at the district and national level as well, competing against programs in the 7th District of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) comprised of Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, and southern Louisiana and beyond.
