Earn a Graduate Certificate in Sports Medicine

Turn your passion for sports and health and wellness into a vibrant career by earning a Graduate Certificate in Sports Medicine from Tulane School of Medicine in partnership with Tulane School of Professional Advancement and Tulane Center for Sport. The Graduate Certificate in Sports Medicine provides students with an introduction to the foundational knowledge and skills important to the recognition, care, prevention, and rehabilitation of athletic injury; the assessment and response to emergency situations involving athletes; and research into sports performance methods. Prepare for your start in the sports industry by gaining in-depth knowledge of sports medicine fundamentals or work toward a master's degree via our stackable graduate certificate program.

 

Earn Your MS in Sport Studies

You can receive a standalone certificate in sports medicine or continue to "stack" other sport-focused, graduate-level certificates to apply your credits toward an online MS in Sport Studies. Our program follows a multidisciplinary approach to sport that emphasizes a broad set of skills so that you can pursue roles within a variety of settings with sport as a central focus. Sports Medicine Certificate Requirements

The sports medicine graduate certificate includes 12 credits and will help you develop a diverse base of knowledge and skills in medicine, conditioning, and nutrition necessary to work successfully with current and former athletes.
