The Applied Business certificate is an ideal way for students who are new to the business environment or lack formal education in business to learn more about basic business principles. The program offers foundation courses in varied business disciplines, such as accounting, finance, management, marketing and organizational behavior. Students who are considering a career shift to management from a different discipline, or are looking to advance their career through management, are good candidates for this certificate. Students pursuing the CPA Path can obtain up to 12 business credits, including the required Commercial Law course.
