Tulane University is proud to partner with the ASIS Preferred CPE Provider Program to award pre-approved continuing professional education (CPE) credits for our security/business management-related continuing education offerings.

In order to assist ASIS-certified security professionals to earn recertification CPEs while simultaneously earning graduate-level academic course credits (and an academic graduate certificate), we offer the following security/emergency management/cybersecurity certificates:

FAQs About Our CPE Accepted Certificates and Courses

 

Courses are offered in traditional semesters (Fall, Spring, Summer) based on the Tulane academic calendar.

All courses are delivered 100% online.

Courses may be offered synchronously (students log in and meet via Zoom weekly at designated day/time), or asynchronously with a synchronous component (students work in learning management system at convenient times, but meet online via Zoom three or so times during the semester at a given day/time).

Students are required to have a laptop/tablet/desktop that:

  • Is capable of running a modern browser,
  • Equipped with camera and microphone
  • Has internet access
