Rosemary Barclay Pic

Dr. Pic is a graduate of the University of Iowa, Southern University, The University of Texas at Austin, and Loyola University Law School. She practiced for over twenty years in the area of Employee Benefits working with large and small clients in the New Orleans area, designing and implementing employee benefits plans. She designed employee educational programs for many clients. Dr. Pic returned to teaching in the public schools in New Orleans and taught middle school science as a teaching fellow. She has been teaching at Tulane in the School of Professional Development for over 15 years.
