Hospice Organization Management

Description: This project provided leadership and management recommendations for Compassus, a for-profit entity delivering at-home hospice care. A strength, weaknesses, opportunity, and threat (“SWOT”) analysis, landscape scan, and management recommendations supported organizational decisions on improving the effectiveness of their core service delivery.
Maternal Health Policy Advocacy
Author: Brandi Franklin
Host: Dr. Brian McNamara
Term: Spring 2026
Description: Ms. Franklin undertook an intensive research project related to maternal health policy, a policy issue of great personal interest. Through in-depth research, Ms. Franklin laid the foundation for a law-review-style research paper to advocate for multi-faceted and meaningful policy change.
