Public Administration Program
The John Lewis Public Administration Program offers a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree and a range of public administration graduate certificates. Students can pursue certificates in Economic Development, Environmental Management and Resilience, Nonprofit and Strategic Philanthropy Management, and Education Leadership. Each certificate program is stackable, meaning credits earned can be applied toward the online MPA program.

The John Lewis Public Administration Program
John Lewis was a U.S. Congressman and lifelong civil rights leader known for his commitment to justice, equality, and public service. The Public Administration program was named in his honor in the Fall of 2022 to reflect and uphold the values he championed, in particular, that of courageous civic leadership. His legacy serves as a guiding light for the program’s mission to prepare ethical and effective public servants.
