Stephanie Lazar graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies focusing on business, sociology, and communication studies. Following graduation, she moved back to her hometown of New Orleans and joined the recruitment team of an IT consulting company before eventually switching her focus to the legal industry. She is now going on her 5th year of recruitment at Shuart & Associates, a very well-respected and established boutique legal search firm with clientele that includes law firms and corporate legal departments throughout Louisiana and Texas.
Robyn Ice, J.D., M.F.A., is a Professor of Practice and Director of the General Legal Studies Program at Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement, where she also teaches the GLS Practicum course. Ms. Ice serves on the Approval Commission for the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Paralegals and regularly speaks at national and regional conferences of the American Association for Paralegal Education. Before joining Tulane in 2014, Ms. Ice practiced environmental and toxic tort law for 23 years in Atlanta and New York.
