I wanted to let you know that I did take and pass the certification exam and that your class and teaching/various tips offered throughout the semester were very helpful in me passing the test. The strategies you discussed during our lectures were immensely helpful... Since you broke down how the COMPTIA graded the test, I really focused on doing my best on the multiple choice section which is what I believed allowed me to pass... Once again, thank you for much of your time and guidance throughout the class. I was concerned about taking the certification test because I had no practical work experience and I credit your class for providing me the necessary tools to pass. -Andrew de Alminana, Tulane University Info Tech Student
