Maria Ribando

I graduated from SoPA in December 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness. I continued my education at Tulane's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and earned a Master's Degree in Epidemiology in May 2021. Upon graduating with a MPH, I am completing a fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and hope to continue working in cancer research and prevention for the duration of my career. SoPA provided the foundation and security that allowed me to thrive as a student and pursue my dreams. I am excited to be involved in this council and looking forward to connecting with current students and other alumni.
