Mackie Shilstone is a premier Sports Performance Manager and Career Extension Specialist, His expertise has played a pivotal role in the success and longevity of a multitude of world-class athletes and celebrities.  He has worked with more than 3,000 professional athletes and teams over the past 43 years, including for 11 years working with Serena Williams, the 2019 Associated Press Female Athlete of the Decade.  Mackie designed and directed Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness, and Sports Performance programs at such medical facilities as the John Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute, Ochsner Health Systems, East Jefferson General Hospitals’ Mackie Shilstone Fitness Principle, and Wellness programs at St. Charles Parish Hospital.
