Biography
Kym Hawkins is a Senior level Paralegal and Records Manager with the Law Department of the City of New Orleans. Kym has a Bachelor’s Degree as a well as a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University. He has experience in Social Security Disability,. ERISA, Plaintiff, Defense, Toxic Tort ligation and Regulatory Litigation.
Kym has assisted prominent law firms and legal departments not only in Louisiana, but Atlanta, Georgia and Houston Texas. Kym holds a real estate license in Houston, Texas.
Kym is now pursuing a certification in Records and Information Management-RIM. He is a member of the Tulane Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the American Records Management Association in New Orleans as well as a member of the New Orleans Paralegal Association – NOPA.
