Biography

Jill Snyder Granader was born in New York and raised outside Washington DC. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (’89) and the George Washington University Law Center (’92).

She is a director at Cambridge Information Group (CIG), a global management and investment firm, focused on education, research and information services.  

Jill has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and guardian ad litem for abused and neglected children in the foster care system in the Maryland and DC area since 2011.

Jill’s charitable and volunteer works include:

• Board member and Chair of Governance Committee at Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School and Corporate Work Study Program, a college prep school for students in families below the poverty line that dream of going to college;

• Trustees’ Council of Penn Women for her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, an international network that supports, fosters, and promotes the advancement of women and women’s issues;

• Vice President of Financial Resource Development for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington (DC, MD, VA);

• Former President and current Executive Committee member of the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center (2017-2020) in Washington D.C.

She and her husband Robert have three children: Josh (27), Jessica (25), and Natalie (Tulane ’22).
