Product Operations Enterprise Program Manager, Meta

Biography

Herbert Raymond is a Product Operations Enterprise Program Manager for Meta where he designs, develops, and scale global product and application programs to enable Meta’s engineering teams to drive operational excellence and go-to-market strategy. He oversees product data management, design features, compliance, privacy, launch, and mergers and acquisitions to drive organizational alignment across people, product, and processes to increase Meta’s global workforce productivity, risk mitigation, and efficiencies.
 
Prior to this role Herbert was the Head of Global Security Programs and Initiatives at Meta where he led the formulation and implementation of business strategies, strategic frameworks, and operating models that drove uniformed global programs to advanced Global Security’s product strategy and strategic priorities to protect people, assets, and locations across 100 countries.  
 
Herbert earned a B.S. Criminal Justice at Excelsior College, a Master’s in Business Administration at University of Phoenix, and a graduate certificate at Harvard University for the Emerging Leaders in Crisis program for the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI). Prior to joining Meta Herbert spent 8 years in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in various capacities across FEMA Headquarters as a Logistics Program Manager, CISA Headquarters as a Strategic Business Partnership Manager, and DHS Headquarters as an Enterprise Business Continuity Manager. Prior to DHS Herbert spent 9 years in the US Navy in operations.
