Gavin Langston

Gavin Langston leads digital strategy and delivery for Fidelity Bank, driving innovation for both clients and internal teams. His responsibilities span digital banking, AI, data management, applications, and infrastructure, and he spearheaded the launch of Fidelity’s digital-only bank, Andi.

Gavin holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans, and is a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking. A recognized voice in banking technology, he actively contributes to shaping national standards through the American Bankers Association Digital Asset and AI Working Groups, where he collaborates on emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks. He also participates in Louisiana Bankers Association technology peer sessions, sharing insights on AI and digital transformation.

Beyond his work at Fidelity, Gavin co-founded and serves as Board Chair of the Louisiana Technology Industry Association and serves as an advisor for the Louisiana IT Symposium. His career reflects a commitment to leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and strengthen the financial services industry.
