Whether working with her team to optimize user experience and design on the Ochsner.org website, or collaborating with marketers to create forward-thinking digital campaigns, Amber’s goal is to drive patient conversions and empower the online health seeker to manage their care. With over a decade of experience in digital content marketing, Amber thrives on finding new ways to deliver the right information and convert consumers in an ever-changing online landscape. Amber joined Ochsner in 2011 and has been managing Ochsner’s external digital content program since 2013. She received her Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Spanish from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
