Biography

Vincent Rossmeier is a writer, researcher, content marketer, and graphic designer. He works full-time as the Policy Director at Tulane University’s Cowen Institute where his work focuses on the areas of post-secondary education, workforce development, and economic development. He also runs his own consulting company focused on providing writing, content marketing, project management, and research analysis to clients in tech, health care, education, and public policy. Prior to working at Tulane, he worked as chief of staff to a councilmember on the New Orleans City Council. Before his work with the city, he worked for the Bureau of Government Research and Partnership for Youth Development. He is a former journalist and holds a master’s degree in journalism from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia. He has worked both at the New Yorker and Salon.com, and his journalistic writing has appeared in these publications, as well as others including the Brooklyn Rail.
