Biography

Tenesha Robinson is an innovative thought leader with a focus in strategic alignment and value proposition within IT organizations. With 15+ years of experience including application administration, various ITSM roles, service lifecycle, portfolio management, KPIs, metrics, analytic dashboards, configuration management as well as the common service data model, she has created scalable infrastructure services and solutions across various size organizations. Tenesha also specializes in ITSM tools including HPE, ServiceNow, and BMC Remedy. She is an ITILv3 Expert and Six Sigma Green Belt with experience in retail, finance, healthcare, and criminal justice fields.

Tenesha is pursuing her PhD in Applied Science and Technology with a concentration of Technology Management. She has a Masters in Information Science and a Bachelors in Criminology. Her areas of interest include IT as a business, governance, continuous improvement, system analysis, and socially conscious IT.

Tenesha is a Sr. Consultant at Microsoft in the Modern Service Management organization. She is responsible for working with clients in the US, Canada, and LATAM. Tenesha has also worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, MetLife Global Technology Organization, Verisk Retail, The Home Depot, and HCL Technologies.

Tenesha lives in Durham, NC with her family. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Rylee, exploring hiking trails, and mentoring young women in STEM fields.
