Biography

Paul Williams is the Vice President of Solutions at Koniag Government Services, with over 20 years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise systems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian government. His expertise spans Agile software delivery, cloud architecture, and DevSecOps. At Koniag Government Services, he drives industry collaboration with leading technology providers such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, enabling the company to deliver innovative solutions that enhance government operations.

Mr. Williams has been instrumental in driving significant growth in federal accounts by cultivating strategic relationships with AWS and other commercial partners, expanding opportunities across the federal space. He has developed and executed a forward-looking technology strategy, ensuring that investments and consultant training align with evolving government requirements and industry trends.

Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has provided enterprise solutions architecture and technical strategy support across all business lines, strengthening business development efforts and client engagements. His leadership has directly contributed to securing multiple government contracts annually by leveraging deep technical expertise and market insights to align opportunities with company capabilities. Additionally, he has designed and implemented AI-driven business development tools that optimize workflow automation, contract vehicle utilization, and data-driven decision-making, streamlining federal capture efforts.

Beyond his role in government IT, Mr. Williams has mentored hundreds of technologists across the country, fostering professional growth in the industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University and maintains multiple industry certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Architect, SOA Certified Architect, and SAFe Product Owner. In addition to his leadership at Koniag Government Services, he serves as an adjunct professor at Tulane University, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of technology leaders.
