Nickie Harris-Ray

Dr. Harris-Ray has been a medical professional for over 15 years, and a college professor for over 12 years. She currently is in self practice and is an instructor and curriculum developer with Tulane. She is a published author, and continues to inform as a freelance writer, and guest lecturer for news media and numerous public speaking events.

Dr. Harris-Ray is a founding board member of the 501(c)3 NHR Blueprint and has won numerous awards for her work in the community. These include Winner, Medical Category, Gulf Coast Women Magazine, Lighthouse Biloxi Women of Achievement-Woman of the Year, Ladies Auxiliary Devoted Service Award, Holy Ghost Catholic Church, three time Sun Herald Top 10 under 40 Nominee, Karun Court DT/Woman of the Year, first ever appointed female Imperial Physician of the Imperial Court DOI, 2019 Top 50 under 50 Alabama State University Alumni, Blessed Girls Rock 2018 Award Recipient, 2019 Gulf Coast Women Top Influencer and many more. Through the non profit she has educated hundreds of women and girls in business development, entrepreneurship, health, and more. She recently led her non-profit to the Middle East for charitable work in the UAE.

Dr. Harris-Ray serves on several local and regional boards, including Special Olympics Healthy Athletes, numerous Masonic Organizations, and the American Diabetes Association Community
