Biography
Melissa Hevia Thallemer has more than 23 years of experience in human resources leadership and executive leadership, including Chief Transformation Officer, Co-CEO, Chief People Officer, senior HR leadership, HR business partner and labor/employee relations within Venus Fashion, Chico’s FAS and Target Corporation.
Melissa’s education includes a Master of Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She holds numerous professional certifications, including Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) and is a Certified User of Predictive Index (Talent Acquisition & Development), as well as a Board Certified National Counselor.
