Biography

Kate Donaghey is an adjunct professor in Tulane University’s John Lewis Public Administration Program, where she teaches Public Policy Foundations. A Tulane 34 recipient and SoPA MPA graduate, she currently serves as Undersecretary and Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Education under Governor Maura Healey and brings extensive experience in education policy, legislative affairs, and public leadership to the classroom.
