Kara Terrell Coston

Kara Terrell Coston brings over a cumulative applied knowledge of 20+ years working in the IT industry. She has over 18 years of teaching experience at different colleges and universities. She holds a BBA from the University of Memphis, an MS from American University, an MBA from Troy University, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Information Systems Technology from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Terrell Coston works at FedEx as a Senior Value Stream Business Analyst. Dr. Terrell Coston has worked most of her career in the Defense, Transportation, and Service industries.

Dr. Terrell Coston is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Scrum Master (SSM), Program Consultant (SPC), and certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) and a certified Agile Trainer (ICP-ATF). I also hold current certifications from Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM), and my newest certification, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM).
