John Drew

John Drew is a passionate, versatile senior information technology manager with 25 years of experience using Microsoft tools and technologies in all phases of the software development life cycle. He has experience in managing software development teams, external contractors, third-party providers, DevOps, and Business Intelligence teams. He is a Certified Scrum Master and a Chartered Financial Analyst. John has been an adjunct since 2008. He has taught courses in programming, database development, big data and cloud, and systems analysis and design.

Mr. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and a Master of Science in Information Systems. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Lynda and two children, Amanda and Matthew. He has played the drums for nearly 50 years and is a rabid Chicago Cubs fan.
