Jake Allen

Dr. Jake Allen is an adjunct faculty member of the SoPA Sport Studies Program. He holds a Doctor of Education in Global Sport Leadership and a Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences from East Tennessee State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Carson-Newman University.

Dr. Allen’s professional experience spans intercollegiate athletics, academic support, student recruitment, and higher education instruction. He has taught courses in mathematics, statistics, research methods, and the college experience, emphasizing student engagement and applied learning. His background in both academic and athletic environments provides a well-rounded perspective on student development and success. Additionally, his roles in finance outside of higher education enhance his ability to provide a practical approach.
