Jada Buckner

Biography
Jada Buckner, B.S., M.A., teaches Social Aspects of Health in the SoPA Kinesiology program. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science at Nova Southeastern University in 2012, where she completed research on the subject of “Biomechanical Justification for Rowers Using the Power Clean.” In 2014, she graduated from East Tennessee State University with her M.A. in Exercise Physiology and Sport Performance. While at ETSU, she served as head strength and conditioning coach and volunteer assistant coach for Milligan College Women’s basketball. Ms. Buckner has additionally spent over five years coaching girl’s AAU travel basketball. Joining Tulane in 2017, Buckner serves the athletic department as the Athletics Certification Officer.
