Biography

Dr. Eunice Ofori holds a PhD in Curriculum and instruction with an emphasis on Instructional Design and Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).  Currently, Eunice works as a Senior Instructional Designer with the Center for Engaged Learning and Teaching (CELT) at Tulane University. Her career has centered around facilitating the use of instructional technology and sound pedagogical strategies in teaching and learning. She has a strong background in instructional design, teaching, training, supervising, leading, mentoring, and coaching in higher education, K-12 and industry in various capacities. She is also an active member in the design of effective instruction in a traditional classroom, online, and blended learning environments. She is always eager to contribute her enthusiasm and current skills to impart knowledge to learners across all contexts.

Dr. Ofori is a big supporter of inclusivity, access and accessibility in teaching and learning and believe that everyone has something to offer. She is passionate to provide equal access to education for ALL by engaging, nurturing, and supporting academic communities to develop and teach innovative research-based teaching and learning experiences using sound pedagogical strategies and instructional technology.  Outside of work you can usually find her hanging out with her family, cooking, and connecting with friends.
