
Biography
Devin Dickerson is a senior technology professional who has served as a government civilian in the Department of Defense healthcare IT program offices, the Army Software Engineering Center, and is currently supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center.
In his 15+ years supporting defense technology projects, Mr. Dickerson has had the privilege of serving in multiple leadership roles. Notably, he worked as Systems Integration Manager and later the Director of Software Development and Sustainment for our military's Joint Operational Medicine Electronic Health Record, and the Lead Engineer for the Navy's afloat e-learning software systems. He is currently working as a Program Technical Lead on the Navy's Manpower and Personnel systems.
Mr. Dickerson holds a Masters of Information Technology from Virginia Tech with concentrations in Cyber Security and Healthcare IT. He holds certifications in Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Security+, Scrum.Org Professional Scrum Master, and ITIL. In addition, he maintains an IT level 3 and a Cyber Security Work Force credential from the Department of Defense.
