Biography
Coty Perossier obtained her Associate and Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University and her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University. She started her career in Human Resources at Tulane University in 2014. After leaving Tulane, she worked in various HR capacities with Omni Hotels & Resorts from 2016 -2021. She is currently the Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Roosevelt New Orleans Hotel.
