Biography
Andrew Altizer is an adjunct professor at the Tulane University School of Professional Advancement (SoPA).
Andrew has served as an active-duty Air Force member for 17 years, taking on various roles throughout his career. He started in information systems on fighter aircraft and transitioned to cybersecurity and software development in 2016. Since then, Andrew has specialized in several defensive cyberspace operations roles. Currently, he leads tactics development and process improvement activities for 9 units, ensuring protection against cyber threats on a national level.
He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Kent State University and his M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University.
