Data and AI leader with 10+ years of experience advancing enterprise platform modernization, applied machine learning, and data culture transformation within a regulated financial institution. Brings a strong finance and business foundation to technology leadership, with particular strength in translating business strategy into scalable data platforms, AI solutions, and operational capabilities.
Architected a Snowflake cloud platform from the ground up, connecting 20+ source systems and scaling adoption to hundreds of users across 10 business units. Led production AI/ML initiatives including customer churn modeling, AI-driven document intelligence, and employee attrition modeling. Founded the Enterprise Data Roundtable, a cross-functional forum that brings business, technology, risk, and operational stakeholders together to accelerate practical data and AI adoption.
