Description: This Capstone project examined teacher retention and recruitment challenges and developed equity-centered, data-informed strategies to strengthen workforce stability. This project focused on implementing a teacher wellness and retention framework and building local, diverse teacher pipelines to support long-term organizational resilience and student success.
