The Media + Design program offers multiple tracks tailored to specific interests, including Graphic Design, Interactive UX/UI Design, Digital Media and Marketing Communications, and Public Relations. Graphic design majors focus on visual communication and design principles, while the UX/UI track emphasizes user experience, interface design, and usability. The digital media design and public relations majors center on content strategy, digital storytelling, and media campaign planning.

Yes, all Media + Design degrees and certificates are available fully online. Students benefit from flexible, asynchronous online courses that still offer hands-on experience using industry-standard software in graphic design, UX design, digital media, and communication.

Graduates pursue careers in digital marketing, graphic design, UX/UI design, public relations, branding, content strategy, and media and communication. Common job titles include social media manager, content strategist, art director, UX designer, digital marketer, and communications specialist.

Tulane SoPA offers bachelor’s degrees in Digital Media and Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital Design: Graphic Design, and Digital Design: Interactive UX/UI. Students can also pursue post-baccalaureate certificates in Graphic Design and UX/UI Design, or professional certificates in Digital Media and Marketing Communications and Public Relations.
