Mark Melasky is a Patent Attorney with Norton IP Law Firm in Metairie, Louisiana. Mark is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent cases. His practice includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related intellectual property and business formation matters.
Additionally, Mark is an Adjunct Professor in the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he teaches Law in Marketing, a course he designed to educate undergraduate business students on intellectual property issues in the context of marketing and business management.
