Bachelor of Arts in Health & Wellness

The Bachelor of Arts in Health and Wellness allows students to examine behaviors that may affect a person’s health throughout his or her lifespan. Program coursework incorporates the study of risk behaviors, personal fitness, health evaluation, nutrition, and ways to promote health through behavioral change. Graduates are prepared with the knowledge and training to pursue careers in wellness support, coaching and management in organizations, positions as exercise and fitness coordinators, and health educators within organizations and communities.
