U.S. Attorney's Office, Criminal Division, in NOLA seeks Legal Assistant

The Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Orleans is recruiting for a Legal Assistant (OA), GS-0986-5/6/7. The position announcement is open under Delegated Examining (DE) and Merit Staffing (MS) procedures. The DE announcement is open to all United States Citizens and the Merit Staffing announcement is open Government-wide to include current/former permanent competitive service employees in the federal government, including well-qualified surplus and displaced federal employees (CTAP and ICTAP) in the local commuting area. Persons eligible for non-competitive appointment under special hiring authority or certain veterans may also apply.
