Social Media 101: Set Up & Gear Up Your Social Media in 1 Day!
Need a professional social media presence? Not really sure where and how to get started? This one-day course will help you uncover and navigate Facebook, Instagram, e-mail marketing and other social interfaces for your business or personal persona. Cross-platform integration, scheduling and marketing will also be discussed. Once registered for this course, you will be prompted to collect various assets needed to assist you in building your social media presence.

One of the hardest things about interviewing is balancing the need to convey your qualifications with building rapport with your interviewer. Squarespace 101: Build Your Website in 1 Day!
Spend the day learning the Squarespace website building platform and build out your own website as you follow along with our expert Tulane SoPA faculty! Once registered for this course, you will be prompted to collect various assets needed to assist you in building your site. By the end of the day, your site will be uploaded and clickable! We even take you through the process of purchasing your own domain!

Digital Design Bootcamp
Adobe Photoshop for Beginners
Spend the day learning the Photoshop interface, tools, tips and tricks for color correcting, manipulating, cropping, combining images, saving for various formats, retouching images and more! Our expert Tulane SoPA faculty will lead this course. The last hour of the course is reserved for in-depth Q&A to answer your individual questions as they pertain to your specific job function.

May 19:

  • SoPA’s Undergraduate Ceremony (for those earning a BA/BS/AA/AS), 1 pm at McAlister Auditorium

May 18:

  • Graduate Hooding and Recognition Ceremony for those earning a PhD or Master’s degree, 9 am at McAlister Auditorium
