Biography

Janet is currently leading the software quality assurance effort for Raistone Capital. Her prior roles include managing the quality assurance implementation and strategy at iSeatz and GE Power locations here in New Orleans in addition to supporting Dept. of Defense projects with Deloitte Consulting. Overall, Janet has 25 years in software development, IT and management focused on quality and delivery in fintech, travel, industrial, logistics and government (state and DoD).

Janet is a forward-thinking leader that has focused on leading teams out of older patterns and methodologies of software delivery by injecting quality practices at an architectural level, fully embracing Agile, Scrum, and Shift Left methodologies.  She is a certified Agile Scrum Master, SaFE practitioner and Certified Software Test Engineer and a graduate of Mississippi State University.
