Wes Withrow is a senior strategy and emerging services leader, Fortune 500 account strategist, team director, and hands-on technology expert recognized for eliciting top performance in technical teams. Wes is a motivational and collaborative professional who creates peak staff engagement via an immersive digital culture experience overseeing cross-functional teams who collaborate with clients on the “art of the possible” to maximize and accelerate digital transformation. A believer in positive internal change to foster improvements in performance, Wes’s servant-leadership style, visionary capability, and work ethic have enabled him to exceed corporate goals, launch innovative programs, control costs and risks, and retain and engage talented employees and productive teams during periods of substantial corporate change.

In his current position, Wes was recruited by DXC, a leading global digital technology solutions firm with offices in the UK, India, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Australia, and most recently, New Orleans. He serves on DXC’s leadership team with accountability for building and managing Security Chapter/Division operations, featuring clients from a variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, Banking & Capital Markets, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing & Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and the Public Sector.
Wes previously served as Senior Advisor-Emerging Services for Optiv to assist in designing a $100M next-generation managed security service offering. Prior to that, Wes served as Senior Big Data & Cybersecurity Architect launching a $250M+ managed security services offering with Atos, a leader in digital services with annual revenue of $15+ billion. Additional positions have included Systems Engineer with The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Cybersecurity Expert for TraceSecurity, and CIO for R2 Cybersecurity & Bellwether Technology Corporation. He initially launched his technical career as Systems Engineer with Under Armour Performance Apparel.
As a mentor, trainer, and manager of talent, Wes develops and oversees Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Financial Architects, Project Managers, DevOps Experts, Test Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Product Developers, focusing on process optimization and leadership transition.
