
Biography
Joseph “Warren” Browning, J.D., M.B.A., has taught at the university level since 1975 and has served on Tulane’s General Legal Studies adjunct faculty for over 25 years. He earned his B.A. degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, majoring in English and minoring in History. After graduating from Loyola School of Law, he attended the School of Business at Georgia State University in Atlanta and completed the U.S. Army Judge Adjutant General (“JAG”) course at the University of Virginia before returning to Loyola University College of Business to complete his M.B.A. As an attorney, Mr. Browning has served with the JAG Corps, as council for Merrill Lynch, as an Assistant District Attorney for Orleans Parish, on the Jefferson Parish IDB Board, and in private practice. He currently is corporate counsel to CFB Computer Consultants and as Staff Attorney for the State of Louisiana Department of Social Services.
