Biography

Shayna Corbin received her Master of Professional Studies in Information Technology Management from Tulane University. Shayna also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Truman State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Shayna began her career in software engineering and systems analysis in the financial industry supporting databases, SaaS applications, and cloud-hosted middleware applications. Pivoting into the aerospace and defense industry, Shayna continued software engineering in the simulation of fighter jets using a variety of programming languages such as C/C++, Ada, and Python. Shayna later began supporting engineering leadership through the product owner role; she continues working as a product owner in the present day supporting cloud-hosted applications that transmit messages between commercial-aviation customers.
