
Biography
Jamaine Mungo currently resides in southern New Jersey, which is just fifteen minutes outside of Philadelphia, and just an hour from either Atlantic City or New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Virginia State University. He earned his Master’s degree in Information Security from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is currently nearing the completion of his doctorate in Cybersecurity. Jamaine’s professional experience encompasses over 20 years of experience in information security. Jamaine works for the State of New Jersey implementing next-generation cyber initiatives, delivering advanced technology concepts along with researching cybersecurity risks and automated remediation solutions.
Personally, Jamaine enjoys traveling the Caribbean with his wife visiting the numerous islands and learning of interesting history, culture and great food. Jamaine enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles, 76ers and Phillies. He has a strong passion for teaching and sharing his technical knowledge. Jamaine enjoys learning of next-generation advanced technology developments that can have an impact on cybersecurity.
