Biography
Andy Quick is an adjunct instructor at Tulane University and teaches Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Andy has 28 years of IT and business experience. Andy currently works at Entergy where he leads the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program for finance, human resources, power generation, transmission, system planning, and cyber security.
While at Entergy, Andy has had held numerous leadership positions in Shared Services and IT, including project management, process improvement, change management, telecommunications, data center operations, enterprise architecture, and two business unit CIO positions.
Prior to joining Entergy, Andy worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where he was an IT consultant for global, multi-industry companies.
Andy holds a B.S. in computer science from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane University. Andy is a certified Automation Anywhere RPA trainer and the winner of the inaugural Automation Anywhere Bot Games competition in 2018.
While not building robots, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters.
