SoPA Student & Alumni Exhibition Opportunity

Call for Entries:

Juried SoPA Digital Design Student Work Exhibition
October 20, 2017
5:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.
at the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA)
in the Auditorium and Great Hall

in Conjunction with the
Tulane SoPA Design Week, October 15-20
and the first ever NOMA-Tulane SoPA Design Symposium

To enter: submit all files via email to _NOMA__.6aatmyn6emnncvwl@u.box.com

  1. Submit a minimum of 2 pieces of work (side by side in one file is acceptable)to a maximum of 30 individual pieces of work.

    Specifications for the file submissions:
    The Museum panels are 48 inches on the diagonal with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
    Submit 24″x42″ @ 72ppi RGB JPEG files only.

  2. Required, or your work will not be considered:
    Label the file with your name, title, and date attended classes at SoPA.
    i.e. jane_smith_sopa_Selfportrait_2017.jpg

  3. Submit all files via email to _NOMA__.6aatmyn6emnncvwl@u.box.com before Friday, October 13 at 11:59 P.M. CDT.
    Please keep file sizes under 2MB each.

  4. You are encouraged, but not required, to submit a short 150-200 word statement on your work,  CV in a PDF or text file, and a statement as to how your SoPA experience informed your creations and designs.

Note: By submitting your work you give Tulane SoPA and NOMA the right to project your work in conjunction with the NOMA-Tulane SoPA Design Symposium events. All images submitted will be shown digitally in a slide show created in collaboration with Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement specifically for the Design Week and Design Symposium, but also may be used in future events. Your work may or may not be shown with your name as it is listed on your files unless you request otherwise. Also please note that there is no guarantee that your work will be included as it is a juried presentation and we have no idea how many files that we will receive, but our goal is to include as many as we can.
